“…to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.” – Ephesians 1:6 (NKJV) Through Christ, we are fully accepted by God—highly favored and deeply loved. This truth anchors our identity and frees us from striving for approval from others. Yet, how often do we tie our worth to achievements or the opinions of others, leaving us frustrated and anxious? God’s love is not earned; it’s received. Ephesians 2:18 reminds us that we can approach the Father because of Christ’s sacrifice. In His presence, we discover our true value: we are fully known, fully loved, and fully accepted. From intimacy with God flows our purpose. Spending time in His presence each day transforms how we view ourselves, aligning our thoughts with His truth. As Psalm 139:14 declares, we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and His thoughts about us are precious beyond measure. Proverbs 3:5 instructs us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and not to lean on our own understanding. When we yield control over to God, we are on a pathway to peace and assurance of His victory over worry and fear in our life. Stop striving for acceptance and rest in the victory of Christ’s love. Declare today, “I’m accepted in the Beloved! My worth is found in Christ!”

Prayer:

Lord, thank You for accepting me through Christ. Help me rest in Your love and live out my true identity in You. Amen.
